Regency Property Management

A few ideas for where the website could go next.

I spent some time going through Regency's current website and put together a few thoughts around the renter experience, property management, and the site's long-term maintainability.

WHERE I'D FOCUS

Three Opportunities I See

01. Make each community easier to manage

Rather than maintaining every property as its own separately constructed page, I'd build Regency's communities around one reusable system. Property information, amenities, photography, leasing details and other content could all be updated from one structured backend.

02. Make finding an apartment easier

AppFolio can continue handling leasing and availability while the Regency website does a much better job of helping prospective residents discover the right community and move naturally toward a showing or application.

03. Build it to stay healthy

A staging environment, managed hosting, backups, tested updates and ongoing maintenance would mean the website doesn't gradually become another system nobody wants to touch.
